Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Trainer role based in Jaipur, India. The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver classroom and workshop-style sessions on topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, analytics, and performance marketing. The role includes preparing lesson plans, creating presentation materials and assignments, and updating course content to align with current industry practices. The trainer will guide learners through hands-on projects, review their work, provide constructive feedback, and support them in building job-ready portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve conducting assessments, mentoring students on career paths and certifications, collaborating with other trainers and mentors, and contributing to continuous improvement of the training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Training and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain digital marketing concepts clearly and lead interactive classroom or workshop sessions.
- Practical Marketing experience, with hands-on exposure to key areas such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and basic analytics across major platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and provide clear feedback.
- Basic understanding of Sales or student enrollment processes, such as conducting demo sessions, addressing queries, and representing the program professionally.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in digital marketing; prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms, along with a strong interest in mentoring individuals toward financial independence and non-traditional career paths.
