We are seeking a dynamic and industry-experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver a structured, hands-on training program. The trainer will be responsible for guiding students through core digital marketing concepts, tools, and real-world applications, ensuring they become job-ready professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on digital marketing concepts as per the defined curriculum
Cover key modules including:
- Digital Marketing Fundamentals & Channels
- Competitive Analysis & Strategy
- Content Marketing & Blogging
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Social Ads)
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Conduct practical demonstrations and tool-based learning sessions
- Design and assign hands-on exercises, projects, and case studies
- Track student progress and provide continuous feedback
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
- Mentor students on industry best practices and career readiness
- Support students in building portfolios (blogs, campaigns, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital marketing
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred)
- Experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops preferred
Strong understanding of:
- SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Content Marketing & Blogging platforms
- Social Media Platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Paid Campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent tools)
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
