Digital Marketing Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The trainer will be tasked with designing and delivering training programs on digital marketing, including topics such as social media marketing, sales strategies, and marketing fundamentals. Responsibilities also include assessing the training needs of participants, developing training materials, assisting with practical skill-building, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the relevance of content delivered. The role requires collaboration with team members and effective communication to achieve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Training skills to effectively deliver educational content and engage participants.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing strategies and Social Media Marketing techniques to cover a wide range of digital platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with Sales principles to incorporate foundational business development strategies into the training curriculum.
• Ability to stay updated with emerging trends in digital marketing and apply them in training materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator in digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
