Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Trainer, based in Chennai. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective digital marketing training programs, including topics such as social media marketing and sales strategies. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, mentoring participants, creating training content, and staying updated with the latest marketing trends. The role also involves assessing participant performance and providing guidance for their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and public speaking skills to effectively deliver training and engage participants.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Marketing and Social Media Marketing techniques.
• Experience in conducting Training sessions and mentoring individuals or teams.
• Understanding of Sales strategies and their role in digital marketing success.
• Passion for teaching and promoting skill development in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the digital marketing industry is an added advantage.
