  • Onboard & acquire new affiliates while expanding the sales pipeline.
  • Scale revenue from existing affiliates through relationship building & upselling.
  • Own digital sales KPIs revenue, margins, conversions.
  • Negotiate payouts, close deals, and deliver on advertiser & affiliate sales goals.
  • Lead & mentor a high-performing affiliate/digital sales team.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Affiliate Marketing / Digital Sales / Ad Sales.
  • Experience with CPA, CPL, CPS models & campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers/Tune, Redtrack.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proven revenue growth track record.
  • Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach & drive a sales-oriented culture.
