Role Overview
We are looking for a strong technical Digital Marketing professional with hands-on experience in building and managing websites, along with expertise in marketing automation and analytics. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end digital infrastructure and supporting marketing operations with a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage websites aligned with digital marketing goals
- Implement and manage multi-channel / omni-channel marketing strategies
- Handle website performance, troubleshooting, and downtime issues
- Provide Dev + Ops support for digital platforms
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and optimize user journeys
- Manage and implement marketing automation workflows
- Ensure seamless integration between tools and platforms
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in website development / web design
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools like Power BI
- Experience with Zoho suite or any other Marketing Automation tool for Marketing campaign
- Zoho Campaigns
- Zoho Marketing Automation
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like:
- SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Marketo
- Understanding of multi-channel / omni-channel marketing ecosystems
Required Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in digital marketing technology or related roles
- Proven experience in managing teamsand leading technical resources
- Experience working in and managing application support environments
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience handling website uptime, incidents, and performance issues
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
