Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to own and drive our digital growth strategy. The role involves managing performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and analytics while leading teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Own annual and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps with clearly defined KPIs

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Manage marketing budgets, ROAS, CPA, and lead quality

Lead SEO and organic growth initiatives, including AI-driven search (AEO/GEO)

Collaborate on content strategy (blogs, landing pages, case studies)

Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, funnels, and UX

Track and analyze performance using GA4, Search Console, and CRM tools

Prepare and present actionable performance reports and insights to leadership

Manage external agencies and work closely with sales, product, and design teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong strategic mindset with a clear focus on KPIs and revenue growth

Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management

Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and CRO

Highly data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication skills, ownership mentality, and adaptability to emerging trends (AI, AEO)

Education:
