Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Team Lead (SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads)Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to own and scale our digital growth initiatives across organic and paid channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified B2B lead generation, increasing brand visibility, improving search performance, and maximizing marketing ROI through a combination of SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, content strategy, and conversion-focused marketing campaigns.

This role requires a hands-on marketing leader who can independently execute strategies while collaborating with content, design, development, and sales teams to build a scalable growth engine for a B2B IT Services and Software Development organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO, AEO & GEO

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
  • Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to strengthen brand presence in AI-generated search results.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Develop content and backlink acquisition strategies to increase domain authority and search performance.
  • Monitor search trends and emerging AI search opportunities.

Google Ads Management

Plan, Launch, Optimize, And Scale

Monitor And Improve Key Performance Metrics Including

  • Manage campaign budgets and scaling strategies to maximize ROI.

LinkedIn Ads Management

Create And Manage LinkedIn Advertising Campaigns Targeting

Execute And Optimize

  • Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Develop and test audience segments, creatives, messaging, and campaign structures.
  • Continuously optimize performance to achieve maximum ROI.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Generate qualified B2B leads for IT Services, Software Development, and Digital Solutions offerings.
  • Design, build, and optimize lead generation funnels.
  • Develop landing pages and conversion-focused campaign experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Implement marketing automation, lead nurturing, and remarketing workflows.

Creative & Content Leadership

Lead The Creation And Execution Of

Required ExperienceMust Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
  • Strong expertise in:

    • B2B Lead Generation
  • Experience managing and optimizing monthly advertising budgets.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred

  • Experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, Staffing, Technology Consulting, or related industries.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Freshsales.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and marketing workflows.
