We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing client campaigns, primarily focused on Google Ads. The ideal candidate should also have strong working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and expertise in marketing automation tools to optimize client campaigns and reporting. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their goals, and delivering measurable results through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) for multiple clients.
- Create, monitor, and scale Meta Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Conduct regular campaign performance analysis, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ad strategies.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (email, lead nurturing, CRM integrations, etc.).
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and automation.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between ad creatives and campaign goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
