. Lead end-to-end digital content strategy across channels (Email, WhatsApp, Push, in-app, etc.)

. Ensure strong alignment between marketing, content, and sales teams for better outcomes
. 5-6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (BFSI, fintech, e-comm preferred)
. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms
. Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CRM/CDP platforms
. Strong understanding of funnel metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, etc.)
. Experience working cross-functionally with sales/operations teams
. Creative thinker with strong analytical and data-driven mindset
. High ownership with a hustle mindset and ability to influence stakeholders
