We are looking for a proactive, data-driven, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), GEO, and Google Ads, along with a strong passion for learning new tools, trends, and marketing strategies. We are seeking someone with a go-getter attitude, who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and is eager to contribute across multiple marketing functions to strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and improve online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and overall online visibility.
- Work closely with clients and be able to switch between projects and handle multitasking.
- Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand discoverability across AI-driven search and content platforms.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on visibility, reach, and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, audience behavior, and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI-led search, SEO updates, and social media algorithms.
- Continuously explore new channels, tools, and strategies to improve marketing outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, GEO, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and content coordination abilities.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to multitask and work across different marketing functions.
