Whizz HR is hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist in Mumbai :

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance platforms
• Manage lead generation, conversion, app installs, and e-commerce campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and landing pages
• A/B test ad copies, creatives, and targeting to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and ad dashboards
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with design, content, and client servicing teams for campaign execution
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, pixels, and tracking
• Experience with lead gen and e-commerce campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, UTM tracking
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
