Vikash Tech Solution is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage digital marketing, social media, LinkedIn marketing, and lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
2. Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead-generation campaigns.
3. Run and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
4. Handle SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
5. Create and manage social media content, posts, and promotional campaigns.
6. Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
7. Identify new digital channels and strategies for B2B lead generation.
8. Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead follow-ups.

Requirements

1. 2–3 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
2. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing and LinkedIn Lead Generation.
3. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
4. Good understanding of SEO and Social Media Marketing.
5. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Canva, and Google Search Console.
6. Strong communication and analytical skills.
7. B2B, IT, SaaS, or EdTech marketing experience will be preferred.
