Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies to improve brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple digital channels
• Manage and optimize campaigns through websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide performance reports
• Optimize website and social media content for engagement and SEO performance
• Track website traffic and user behavior using web analytics tools
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness
• Drive social media engagement and brand awareness initiatives
• Create and manage content marketing strategies
• Handle online customer acquisition and retention programs including SEO, social marketing, and email campaigns
• Recommend improvements based on performance metrics and analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
• Good understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization
• Experience managing content marketing and brand awareness campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
