Job Description

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in Digital & Performance Marketing for consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong understanding of online acquisition, retention marketing, and funnel optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as GA360, Amplitude, Appsflyer, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with bid optimizers, RTB, DSPs, DV360, Campaign Manager, Ad Exchanges, and DMPs.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets to build insights, optimize strategies, and drive measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and creative best practices.
  • Excellent communication, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across all performance and brand channels.
  • Drive media planning, budgeting, and strategic development to meet acquisition and retention goals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI, efficiency, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, goal-oriented campaigns.
  • Build and execute growth strategies for retention cohorts through data-backed marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with product, creative, and business teams to drive cohesive digital strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, ad-tech innovations, and new-platform developments to elevate marketing performance.
