Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive traffic, generate quality leads, and build brand awareness for Valkyrie Investment Advisors in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote real estate investment projects.
• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Plan and schedule content across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and suggest actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and digital marketing best practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
