Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Monitor and manage budgets, bids, and campaign performance with a focus on ROI and lead quality
- Campaign Ownership & Execution:
- Take end-to-end ownership of campaign execution and performance
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign metrics using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard
- Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword optimization strategies
- Lead Management:
- Optimize for lead generation, reduce junk leads, and improve lead quality
- Work closely with the sales/CRM team to align campaign goals and follow-ups
- CRM & Marketing Automation:
- Manage and integrate data with CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot)
- Execute email and WhatsApp marketing workflows for nurturing leads
- Reporting & Insights:
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Track KPIs like CPL, CTR, CVR, bounce rate, ROI, ROAS etc
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in digital marketing (Google & Meta Ads essential)
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and campaign optimization
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation (email/WhatsApp)
- Familiarity with lead generation funnels and nurturing strategies
- Highly self-driven, eager to learn and experiment, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Knowledge of tools likeGA4, Looker Studio, CRM, or lead tracking dashboards
- Experience working in an educational or coaching industry
