Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Performance Marketing & SEO (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta)

Location: India (Onsite)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive data-driven performance marketing initiatives and end-to-end campaign execution. This is a hands-on digital marketing role requiring deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and web analytics. The ideal candidate will own performance marketing strategies, contribute to lead generation goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify online visibility and ROI. The role involves both strategic execution and continuous optimisation of marketing funnels and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation platforms
  • Manage paid campaigns end-to-end: budgeting, setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting
  • Drive traffic, conversion, and lead generation through content, email, and performance channels
  • Analyse performance data via Google Analytics and similar tools to derive actionable insights
  • Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools to continuously evolve marketing best practices

Core Skill Set:

  • Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and content marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, ad funnels, and user behaviour analytics
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho for email marketing campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma for content creation
