Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and lead conversions.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
  • Manage social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and report marketing KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot will be an added advantage.
