About the Role

Synivo is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging digital content.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on skills in Reels creation, video editing, social media content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish Instagram Reels and short-form videos
• Create social media posts, carousels and stories
• Manage Synivo's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
• Write engaging captions and social media copy
• Research trending content, audio, hashtags and formats
• Handle regular posting and day-to-day social media activities
• Monitor social media engagement, reach and performance
• Develop creative content ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices

Required Skills

• Strong skills in Reels and short-form video creation
• Good video editing skills
• Experience creating social media content
• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
• Experience with CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Strong creative and visual sense
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to independently manage social media accounts

Preferred Candidate

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation or a related field
• Candidates with a portfolio of Reels, videos or social media work will be preferred
• Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content
• Creative, organised, and willing to take ownership of social media activities
