The specialist will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop targeted content, support patient awareness initiatives, and measure campaign performance against defined KPIs. The role also includes staying current with digital marketing trends in healthcare and recommending data-driven improvements to overall online marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Hands-on skills in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement tracking.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to interpret performance data, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, audience-appropriate messaging and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare or service-based industries, with understanding of patient-centric communication, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Gandhidham, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.

Salary -

20K CTC to 35K CTC
