Manage SSTech s social handles and partner with other members of the marketing team to integrate campaign-specific messaging across all channels
Communicate authentically, be culturally relevant, and represent our brand & solutions
Tell our brand s story on LinkedIn and drive real business impact with our LinkedIn Pages
Generate (organic & paid) leads from LinkedIn and other channels, drive website traffic & brand awareness
Develop programs to grow audiences and foster social conversation
Guide the creation of micro-content such as social graphics, visual development, animated GIFs, and short-form video related to campaigns
Track the performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of the assigned social handles with regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Work closely and collaboratively across Marketing, Creative, Industries, and Sales to champion customer-first social ideas
Aid in the development of the social strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance
Surface insights for business and marketing strategies using social analytics
Partner with social platforms to identify new opportunities, and continuously ideate and innovate within the social space
Manage content within CMS platform Highspot, curating content to be relevant for internal audiences
Optimize advertising spend and improve marketing results, as well as coordinate with in-house advertising and media team
Present to senior leadership regularly on social plans and results
Qualifications:
3+ plus years of experience working in social media marketing, community management, digital/brand marketing
Has successfully grown a social media audience in a Technology B2B environment
Excellent writing and copy-editing skills with the ability to translate traditional marketing content into brand-relevant conversations
Strong knowledge of social media channel growth strategies and best practices, as well as a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay on top of social media marketing trends and emerging platforms
Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Pipeline Builder, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with LinkedIn advertising (sponsored content, sponsored messaging, text ads, and dynamic ads)
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Understanding of marketing principles and practices
Passion for storytelling, listening to what the community has to say and providing engaging experiences in the social space
Good analytical skills in order to gather and summarize data for reports
BA/BS degree, preferably in Communications, Business, Marketing, and/or related field
Certification in Digital Marketing
Ability to synthesize creative and analytical insights to develop impactful social plans
Attention to detail and ability to use sound judgment
