STRATEGY & PROGRAMME SUPPORT · Support the traffic recovery programme plan, tracking progress against agreed milestones. · Help translate the programme strategy into weekly sprint plans and track task ownership across the team. · Flag risks, dependencies, and blockers to the Senior SME Executive as soon as they surface. · Assist in maintaining alignment between the Capability Manager and the client on scope and progress. · Coordinate day-to-day with the client's paid media partner on scheduled organic-workstream deliverables. CLIENT COMMUNICATION SUPPORT · Act as a secondary point of contact for the client stakeholder team, escalating to the Senior SME Executive as needed. · Help prepare weekly performance reports covering organic traffic, GSC metrics, MQLs, paid performance, and content output. · Support the content and campaign approval process, ensuring items move within the 3-business-day SLA. · Communicate task-level progress and flag risks promptly to the Senior SME Executive. SEO / AIO / AEO / GEO EXECUTION & QA SUPPORT · Execute and QA SEO deliverables — technical fixes, content rebuilds, schema implementations, and keyword strategies — under senior review. · Check content against E-E-A-T guidelines and Google's Helpful Content principles before senior sign-off. · Support AIO and AEO implementation work (schema, FAQ structures, AI Overview readiness). · Assist with GEO tracking: monitor topical authority content clusters and LLM citation progress. · Pull and organise GSC, GA4, and rank-tracking data for senior review and interpretation. REPORTING & ANALYTICS SUPPORT · Maintain and update the weekly KPI dashboard covering primary and supporting programme metrics. · Compile data into clear summaries for review by the Senior SME Executive and client. · Assist in producing phase-end review reports at the conclusion of each programme phase. · Flag anomalies (ranking drops, algorithm impacts, paid underperformance) promptly for senior escalation. · Help maintain documented SOPs, campaign settings, and handover materials.
Must-Have Skills
· Digital Marketing Execution: 6-10 years of digital marketing experience with direct, hands-on SEO execution. · SEO Fundamentals: Strong working knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO practices. · AI Search Awareness: Familiarity with AI Overview eligibility signals, schema basics, and content structuring for LLM-based search surfaces. · Analytics: Working proficiency in GA4 and Google Search Console. · Coordination: Ability to track and coordinate tasks across a small specialist team. · Client-Facing Communication: Strong written and verbal English suitable for supporting US-based client interactions.
Good to have Skills
· Exposure to eCommerce or B2B digital marketing programmes, preferably for US-market clients. · Familiarity with SEMrush or Ahrefs, rank trackers, and crawl tools such as Screaming Frog. · Basic paid media literacy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). · Familiarity with Elementor/WordPress CMS for first-line editorial review.

· Organised, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple concurrent workstreams. · Comfortable escalating issues early rather than waiting for problems to compound. · Eager to grow into a senior, client-facing delivery role.
Good to have Certifications If applicable
· Google Analytics or Google Ads certification is an added advantage. · SEMrush SEO Toolkit certification is a plus.
