About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven SEO and Paid Ads Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives. This role is 30% focused on planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other programmatic platforms. The remaining 70% of the role includes assisting with basic SEO tasks to support the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategise and run paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other PPC channels.
  • Manage budgets, targeting, ad creatives, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify backlink opportunities.
  • Execute guest blogging outreach to secure high-quality backlinks.
  • Manage infographic submissions to relevant websites and platforms.
  • Perform directory submissions to enhance website visibility.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and rectify on-page and off-page SEO issues.
  • Implement on-page SEO optimisation strategies to improve website rankings.
  • Collaborate with the content team for effective content marketing strategies.
  • Utilise SEO tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz (or similar) to monitor and analyse website performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a performance-first mindset.
