Job Description

  1. B2B Marketing:


  • Develop targeted marketing strategies tailored to a B2B audience

  • Leverage insights and data to create messaging that resonates with decision-makers and IT professionals.



  1. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns viaPaid Search,Social Media, andEmail Marketing.

  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

  • Work extensively onDynamics 365 CRM, managing campaign workflows, lead nurturing, and data reporting.



  1. Multi-Channel Marketing:

  • Collaborate with partners for co-branded campaigns and leveragepartner marketing channelsto expand reach.

  • Manage and optimize presence onreview portals, directories, and industry forums to enhance visibility and credibility.



  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track campaign performance metrics using analytics tools, generating actionable insights to refine future strategies.

  • Report on marketing ROI and campaign success in regular performance reviews.



  1. Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the role



Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT, ITIS, or SaaS industry.

  • Proven expertise in managing Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Social Media Ads, and Email Campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience withDynamics 365 CRMfor campaign management and reporting is a plus or should have prior experience on any CRM platform such as HubSpot, Marketo etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Familiarity with partner marketing programs and strategies for leveraging review portals like G2, Capterra, etc.
