Job Description:

We're looking for a Sales and Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Video Factory. This job is a great chance to learn from and gain practical experience in the digital industry. You will work closely with the project management and sales team and gain insights into our clients, process and sales and marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research: Look up the latest trends, check out what competitors are doing, and help find the best videos , strategies .

Digital Marketing: End to end handling of our social media platforms for the company including research, content creation, posting, analyzing in LinkedIn, Instagram, You Tube etc.

SEO: Research and identify keywords for search engine optimization.

Email marketing: Looking for potential mail ids, cold mailing, converting them into clients.

Content Marketing: Assist in brainstorming creative and educational content for VF

Sales Support: lead generation, preparing pitches and assisting the sales team.

Others: PR, data management, customer survey, international expansion, building e- learning courses.

You should apply if:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

You have great communication skills.

You love spending time online.

You are tech and internet savvy and have basic knowledge on the nuances of digital media and marketing.

1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn about sales and marketing.

Ability to work well in a team and take direction.

You can operate in a world where G Suite, M.S Office, Canva and ChatGPT exist.

You can learn quickly and independently and follow instructions.

You want to learn a lot of new and creative things.

Other Details:

Qualification: Any Graduate, Post Graduate or MBA. (preferably done any course in digital marketing)

Timings: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Fri), Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday working)

Location: Park Street, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Salary 20k 25k (Negotiable based on Experience)
