At Mentor Match, we connect passionate tutors with students across the globe. Our story deserves to be told well — and that's where you come in. We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who can take our Instagram from good to unmissable.

What you'll do

You'll own our Instagram end to end. That means driving follower growth, boosting engagement, and building a content engine that consistently delivers. Your days will involve researching what's working in the edtech and tutoring space — trending audio, viral formats, competitor content — and turning those insights into sharp, scroll-stopping reel scripts. You'll plan the content calendar, write hooks that make people pause, collaborate on shoots and edits, and track performance so every post teaches us something for the next one.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing an Instagram account for a brand, ideally with demonstrable growth (bring your numbers — we love a good before-and-after)
• Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form video: you know how to open with a hook, keep it tight, and land a CTA
• A research-first mindset — you don't guess what works, you study trends, audiences, and analytics before you create
• Comfort with Instagram analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite, and an eye for what makes a reel perform
• Bonus: experience in edtech, education, or working with parent/student audiences
