Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through well-planned and performance-driven advertising strategies across search and social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research and build high-performing campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and ROI.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop high-converting creatives and campaigns.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and PPC best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in PPC or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, campaign optimization, and analytics tools.
- Good analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in education or ed-tech marketing is an added advantage.
