Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through well-planned and performance-driven advertising strategies across search and social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research and build high-performing campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and ROI.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop high-converting creatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and PPC best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in PPC or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, campaign optimization, and analytics tools.
  • Good analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in education or ed-tech marketing is an added advantage.
