Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with prior digital marketing agency experience who can manage daily marketing operations, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor execution across multiple client accounts.

This is a strictly in-office role. Remote or hybrid options are not available. Candidates must be based in Delhi or willing to commute daily to East Delhi.

Key Responsibilities (Brief & Operations-Focused)

• Manage and monitor day-to-day digital marketing operations
• Coordinate with SEO, paid ads, design, and content teams
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple clients
• Oversee execution of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Ensure SEO implementation using SE Ranking, SEMrush, and Rank Math
• Coordinate website-related tasks using Elementor and ThemeForest
• Review creatives and layouts in Figma before execution
• Monitor performance and flag optimisation opportunities
• Ensure work is aligned with defined priorities and strategies

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency
• Hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and tasks
• Familiarity with SE Ranking, SEMrush, Rank Math
• Working understanding of Elementor, ThemeForest, and Figma
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office agency environment
