To support their international expansion and drive lead generation for our high-value B2B services, were seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector who is passionate about digital strategy, analytics, and building marketing systems that scale.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing performance-driven digital campaigns targeted at the manufacturing and industrial audience. This role demands a strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys in technical sectors and the ability to translate complex value propositions into compelling marketing content.

Your prior experience in a manufacturing company or related industrial domain will be critical to understanding our target audience and effectively driving engagement with technical decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Create and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with the buyer journey of manufacturing decision-makers.
  • Understand the unique challenges of marketing industrial services and apply this knowledge in strategy development.

Website Marketing, SEO & SEM

  • Optimize website and landing pages to clearly communicate technical capabilities and manufacturing solutions.
  • Run targeted SEM campaigns relevant to industrial audiences and buyers.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Work closely with sales teams to create ABM campaigns targeting key manufacturing clients and high-value engineering accounts.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and schedule technical and industry-specific content for platforms like LinkedIn to engage manufacturing professionals and influencers.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 35 years in B2B digital marketing, with a minimum of 12 years working in or for a manufacturing/industrial company.
  • Industry Familiarity: Strong understanding of marketing challenges, sales cycles, and personas in the manufacturing or engineering space.
