Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, optimizing firm webpages and online profiles, and monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools. The specialist will collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to translate legal services into clear, engaging marketing messages and ensure consistent branding. The role also involves preparing performance reports, recommending improvements, and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Experience with Social Media Marketing across major platforms and familiarity with content scheduling and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Prior experience in a professional services or legal environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and basic design principles or familiarity with design tools is beneficial.
