The Role
We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to take full Responsibility of our online presence. You won't just be posting on social; you'll be the architect of our digital growth. From ranking our clients on page one of Google to managing high-performing ad spend and building a community, you'll have your hands in every part of the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
* SEO & Content: Perform keyword research, optimize on-page content, and manage a content calendar that drives organic traffic.
* Social Media & Community: Curate and create engaging content for [Platform A, B, and C]. Monitor trends and engage with our audience in real-time.
* Paid Media (PPC): Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to ensure a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
* Email & Automation: Design and execute email nurture sequences and newsletters that convert leads into loyal customers.
* Data & Analytics: Use GA4 and other tracking tools to pull weekly reports, providing actionable insightsnot just numbers.
* AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to streamline content production and personalize the customer journey.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience across multiple digital channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Email).
* Data-Driven Mindset: You don't guess; you test. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a huge plus.
* Creative Flair: You can write a punchy caption and have an eye for clean.
* Adaptability: You stay ahead of algorithm changes and are eager to experiment with new platforms.
