Job Description

We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist.


Essential job duties:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, paid video, display, email, print, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
  • Plan and execute paid social and paid search media campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing return on ad spend.
  • Own email marketing, including email updates and dynamic content to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage our audience effectively.
  • Manage and enhance our affiliate marketing program.
  • Incorporate SEO best practices into digital marketing strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic where applicable.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of direct mail marketing campaigns, including strategy development, audience segmentation, and creative testing.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics 4


Growth Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing plans aligned with our overall marketing and strategic objectives.


  • Develop and refine retention strategies, leveraging insights from A/B testing to enhance customer loyalty and maximize engagement for improved retention rates.


Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and strategies to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

9+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

  • Experience with paid social, paid search, video, display, email, and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Proven ability to communicate meaningful results to various teams and levels.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and research skills using customer databases, Google Analytics, and various digital marketing platforms
  • Experience in planning, executing, and measuring multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, prioritize effectively, and solve problems capably.
