Idea Clan is a fast-growing Mar-tech specializing in data-driven marketing and performance advertising. We help brands scale through precision-targeted ad campaigns and innovative growth strategies.

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. If you have a passion for data-driven decision-making, audience targeting, and scaling campaigns, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Media Buying: Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  2. Campaign Optimization: Analyze data, A/B test creatives, and refine targeting to improve key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
  3. Market & Audience Research: Identify high-converting audiences, analyze competitors, and leverage data insights to refine media strategies.
  4. Ad Creatives & Copy Strategy: Work with designers and copywriters to develop compelling ad creatives, headlines, and messaging.
  5. Tracking & Reporting: Set up conversion tracking, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools.
  6. Stay Updated: Keep up with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid media buying.

Requirements

  1. Proven Experience: 1+ years in media buying with hands-on experience in scaling paid ad campaigns.
  2. Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik-tokAds, YouTube, and programmatic advertising.
  3. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize for growth.
  4. Tech & Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking solutions.
  5. A/B Testing: Ability to test and iterate different ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
  6. Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to ads, tracking, and attribution.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1.Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns

2.Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies

3.Familiarity with programmatic and native advertising platforms

4.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Blueprint, or LinkedIn AdvertisingWhat We Offer
