This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, managing social media content and engagement, performing web analytics, and optimizing online marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand visibility. Collaboration with internal teams to develop effective strategies and measuring the performance of campaigns will also be critical responsibilities.

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing strategies and tools
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to craft effective marketing messaging and collaborate with teams
• Proven ability to use marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools
• Critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing digital landscape
• Experience in the jewelry or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
