Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can actively identify, research, and reach out to potential clients through email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
This role is focused on outbound lead generation, prospect research, and conversion-driven communication, not just social media management or content posting.
You will be responsible for generating qualified leads for AI services and building a strong pipeline of potential enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential target companies and decision-makers
- Use lead generation tools to build accurate prospect lists
- Execute cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Personalize outreach messages to increase response and conversion rates
- Manage CRM and track outreach performance
- Run email marketing campaigns (nurture, follow-ups, drip sequences)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize open/reply/conversion rates
- Work closely with founders/sales team to refine messaging
- Continuously test new lead acquisition strategies
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or outbound sales
- Strong experience with cold email marketing and LinkedIn outreach
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Lemlist, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Good understanding of lead research techniques and prospect qualification
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Confident speaking ability for follow-ups or introductory calls
- Data-driven mindset with basic understanding of analytics and campaign tracking
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the AI, SaaS, or technology services industry
- Experience targeting international markets
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
