The Apeejay Education Society, established by the leading Industrial House of Apeejay Stya in the year 1967, has built a rich heritage of nearly four and half decades in the field of quality education through a family of 29 institutions, i.e. 13 schools and 16 institutions of higher learning, in various states of the country, along with the Apeejay Stya University India's first Liberal Arts University focused on Technology & Research.

Job Responsibilities :

SEO & Website Management

Improve organic traffic, search engine rankings, and visibility of Apeejay Education .

Collaborate with teams to design landing pages, microsites, and blogs optimized for user experience.

Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to guide improvements.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

Plan, execute and manage, paid Digital Marketing Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Etc) for student acquisition.

Monitor and Optimize and campaigns (CPC, CTR, CPA and lead quality) across targeted .

Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance .

Conduct A/B testing and conversion experiments to improve lead generation .

Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages on WordPress .

Collaborate closely with marketing, admissions, IT and creative team to ensure seamless campaign execution, lead management and creative asset development .

Social Media & Content

Create and schedule engaging digital content, including reels, events, for academic program

Drive parent, student, and community engagement through innovative campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

Track ROI and KPIs of campaigns and report performance to management.

Conduct trend analysis and recommend digital strategies to achieve enrollment targets.

Manage budgets effectively based on campaign performance insights.

Innovation & Collaboration

Explore and adopt new-age marketing tools including Generative AI to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with Principals, Admissions Teams, and Academic Heads to ensure campaigns support institutional objectives.

Job Knowledge

Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with the technology and AI sector, understanding its influence on marketing.

Expertise in digital marketing with a proven track record in driving revenue

Skills and Competencies Required:

Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.

Proven track record of lead generation and admissions-driven campaigns.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Familiarity with education sector dynamics, especially K12 marketing cycles

Education Qualifications Required: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, and MBA or Master's in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communication (Google Digital Marketing Certification)

Experience : 712 years of proven experience in managing digital marketing functions, preferably in the education sector
