Digital Marketing Specialist

Finesse Ink is looking for a highly experienced, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our complete digital marketing strategy.

We are not looking for someone who specializes in only one area of marketing. We need an all-around digital marketer who understands how to build brands, generate leads, increase sales, and create measurable growth across multiple channels.

• Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategies
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
• Create and execute social media content strategies
• Develop lead-generation and customer acquisition campaigns
• Manage SEO and improve organic search visibility
• Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns and automations
• Develop influencer and creator marketing strategies
• Plan marketing campaigns for new products, services, and promotions
• Coordinate graphic design, video, photography, and advertising creatives
• Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and online customer experience
• Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
• Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and other important KPIs
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Continuously test new creatives, audiences, offers, and marketing strategies
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on data

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across digital marketing, not just theoretical knowledge.

• Proven professional experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising and performance marketing
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of social media and content marketing
• Experience generating qualified leads and sales
• Excellent understanding of analytics and marketing KPIs
• Ability to independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset combined with strong analytical ability
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to posting on social media.

We want a marketer who understands the entire customer journey — from getting someone's attention to generating a lead or sale and ultimately turning that customer into a repeat customer.

You should be able to look at the numbers, understand what is working, identify what is wasting money, and make the necessary changes to improve performance.
