About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content & Community Research Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Varun, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Frenus digital presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and Webflow. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth research on industry-relevant topics, identify high-impact content, and support the creation and distribution of engaging newsletters, articles, and social media posts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in B2B marketing, digital content creation, and community engagement, all while contributing directly to the company's strategic growth and brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with LinkedIn as a platform for content, outreach, or community engagement within a B2B context.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv, with an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Ability to produce high volumes of quality content, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills to meet demanding output targets.
- A passion for crafting clear, compelling messages and experimenting with various content formats.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with an ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to a European B2B audience.
- Strong team player with transparent communication skills, proactive in sharing progress, and receptive to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze high-performing LinkedIn posts from our ideal customer profiles across key sectors including B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Gen Vehicles, and PE & M&A.
- Research and curate content topics that resonate with our target audience, surfacing trends, hype, and valuable insights for wider dissemination.
- Support the creation, structuring, and publishing of 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions on LinkedIn and Beehiiv, ensuring consistency, visual appeal, and value addition.
- Draft and manage web articles for our Webflow blog, summarizing newsletter content in a clear, concise, and optimized manner.
- Monitor emerging trends in B2B technology, digitalization, and consulting, distinguishing meaningful developments from noise.
- Assist in crafting engaging LinkedIn posts, comments, and community interactions, employing best practices to foster engagement and dialogue.
- Contribute to the organization and promotion of online events such as webinars and roundtables, integrating them into the content calendar to maximize outreach and participation.
