We are an embroidery mill located in Manesar. Recently we expanded our operations to include readymade garments made out of our embroidered fabric for women and men. We are specifically looking for a digital marketer who has 4-5 years of industry experience in generating sales in the fashion industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manesar for a Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will manage day-to-day digital marketing operations, create and implement marketing campaigns, monitor and analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools, and optimize online strategies. Additionally, you will manage social media platforms to increase brand presence, foster audience engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation: Creating engaging content (blog posts, social media, emails, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
2. Social Media Management: Managing social media presence, posting updates, and engaging with followers.
3. SEO: Optimizing website and content for search engines to improve visibility.
4. PPC Advertising: Running paid ads on Google, social media, etc. to drive traffic and conversions.
5. Email Marketing: Sending targeted emails to subscribers to nurture leads and drive sales.
6. Analytics: Tracking website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance to inform future strategies.
7. Strategy Development: Planning and executing digital marketing strategies to meet business goals.
8. Influencer Marketing: Collaborating with influencers to reach new audiences.
9. Website Management: Ensuring website is user-friendly, fast, and optimized for conversions.
10. Campaign Planning: Setting up and executing campaigns to meet specific performance goals (e.g., conversions, sales, leads).
11. Data Analysis: Crunching numbers to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize for better ROI.
12. Channel Optimization: Choosing and optimizing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliates) to maximize performance.
13. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Tweaking campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
14 Budget Management: Managing budgets to ensure optimal ROI and performance.
15. Targeting & Segmentation: Identifying and targeting specific audiences to improve campaign effectiveness.
16. Tracking & Attribution: Setting up tracking pixels and attribution models to measure campaign impact.
17. Reporting: Creating reports to showcase campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
