Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand presence, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and results-driven, with proven expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute SEO strategies for Ecommerce, Service, and Product-based businesses.
  • Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with engaging, brand-focused content.
  • Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Bing, Affiliates, and CRM.
  • Create and manage blogs, newsletters, press releases, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI & KPIs.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams for maximum impact.
  • Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Utilize creative tools (Like-Canva, Adobe) and apply UI/UX insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance & digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, social media, email, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in running paid campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT models).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools; knowledge of R/Python/Big Data is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva/Adobe; UI/UX exposure preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
