Digital Marketing Specialist - E-commerce

Job Summary

Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO will drive online sales and revenue growth for our eCommerce business. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, performance-focused, and experienced in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

●    Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display)

●    Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram conversion campaigns)

●    Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROAS and minimum CPA

●    Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies

●    Monitor daily ad performance and make data-driven optimizations

●    Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to increase conversions

2. A SEO ( Search Engine Optimization)

●    Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies

●    GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) experience

●    Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages for search engines

●    Conduct keyword research for eCommerce products and collections

●    Improve website ranking for high-intent commercial keywords

●    Build quality backlinks and manage SEO outreach activities

●    Monitor technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers for fixes

●    Track organic traffic growth and keyword performance

3. E-Commerce Growth & Conversion optimization

●    Improve website conversion rate (CVR) through optimization strategies

●    Work on reducing cart abandonment rate and improving checkout flow

●    Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics / GA4

●    Optimize landing pages for better performance and engagement

●    Collaborate with design/content teams to improve UX/UI for conversions

4. Analytics & Reporting

●    Track and report daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance

●    Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate

●    Generate performance dashboards using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or Looker Studio

●    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

●    Present campaign performance reports to management

5. Campaign Strategy & Planning

●    Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with sales targets

●    Identify new growth opportunities across paid and organic channels

●    Plan seasonal campaigns (sales, promotions, product launches)

●    Manage budget allocation across Google, Meta, and SEO efforts

6.Collaboration and Coordination

●    Work closely with design team for ad creatives and banners

●    Collaborate with development team for landing page improvements

●    Work with sales and eCommerce/Catalog team to align marketing and inventory goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

             Technical Skills

●    Strong experience in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)

●    Experience in GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) 

●    Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager

●    Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)

●    Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager

●    Knowledge of conversion tracking and pixel setup

Analytical Skills

●    Strong ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns

●    Understanding of ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversion funnels

●    Ability to make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

●    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

●    Google Ads / Meta Ads certification is a plus

●    5-7 years of experience in digital marketing (eCommerce preferred).
