Job Description

CLICKS TO CONVERSIONS

Digital Marketing Specialist

Srinagar, Kashmir | Full-Time, On-Site | Experience: 2–3 Years

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JD CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Srinagar. This is a rare opportunity in Kashmir to work with a high-growth digital marketing agency serving global info-product and coaching businesses — without having to relocate.

You'll be part of a team responsible for generating over $80M in revenue for clients, working alongside some of the sharpest performance marketers in the industry. If you have a hunger for growth, love data, and want to run multi-platform paid campaigns that genuinely move the needle, this role is for you.

WHO WE ARE — CLICKS TO CONVERSIONS

Founded in 2019, Clicks to Conversions is a lean, high-performance marketing agency that punches well above its weight. We are a Google Premier Partner Agency with over $30M in managed ad spend through our Business Manager. We do not pitch for clients — they come to us. We are selective about who we work with, which means our team works on campaigns that actually matter.

We believe in core marketing fundamentals — from building funnels to crafting the perfect hook — and we deliver long-term results across channels regardless of platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and YouTube to hit client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Own campaign setup end-to-end: audience targeting, creative structure, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns daily for key metrics including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Analyse campaign data and extract actionable insights to continuously improve performance across accounts.
  • Prepare clear, insightful weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance with recommendations for scaling or pivoting.
  • Stay current with platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and emerging ad formats across Google and Meta ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to brief and evaluate ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel assets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying, with demonstrable expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale ad budgets profitably, with a strong grasp of ROAS, CAC, and funnel-stage optimisation.
  • Solid analytical skills — comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and platform dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Experience marketing digital products, info-products, or online coaching services is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Coachable attitude — willingness to learn our proprietary systems, frameworks, and scaling playbooks.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Familiarity with YouTube advertising and video campaign optimisation.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and basic tag management (Google Tag Manager).
  • Exposure to funnel-building tools such as ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of attribution models and third-party analytics tools.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses tied to client results.
  • On-site role at our Srinagar office — work locally while making a global impact.
  • Mentorship and structured learning from senior marketers who have managed $80M+ in client revenue.
  • Exposure to international markets and scaling campaigns at a level rarely available in Kashmir.
  • A results-first culture: as long as you deliver, you have the autonomy to work in your own rhythm.
  • Real career advancement — we promote from within and reward people who grow with us.

HOW TO APPLY

Send your CV along with a Cover Letter explaining your most impactful paid media campaign — what you ran, what results you drove, and what you'd do differently today. Applications without a Cover Letter will not be considered.
