* Make and receive phone calls; send and respond to emails

* Manage LinkedIn outreach and book meetings

* Create social media posts and edit videos using Canva

* Schedule and post content on social media and YouTube

* Manage and update Zoho CRM

* Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

Requirements

Skills & Experience

* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with minimal accent

* Strong social media marketing experience

* Proficient in MS Word, Excel (basic functions), PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets

* Experience with Canva, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

* Confident communicator with prospects and clients via phone and digital channels

* Create content and visuals (graphics and videos) for blog posts and social media posts.

* Video editing
