This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Dehradun. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and monitor web analytics to measure and improve campaign performance. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, optimizing retention strategies, and contributing to the overall online marketing strategy of the organization. The role also involves clear and effective communication to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
• Experience in Digital Marketing and the ability to execute effective online campaigns
• Strong skills in Web Analytics to interpret and improve campaign performance
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to clearly convey ideas and strategies
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or content creation is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms are a plus
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends
