ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate should have about 2-3 years of work experience in a B2C startup. This role will be primarily responsible for driving revenue through designing, creating, managing and executing campaigns through digital media. Ability to write original digital content across blogs, website, emails & mobile platforms will be an added plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire marketing initiative for the company single-handedly.
- Ideate, create, manage and execute campaigns on social media platforms to optimise results for engagement and lead generation (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn etc.) - both paid and organic
- Create engaging content (banners, posts, photos, video, GIFs etc.) for all the social media platforms.
- Take care of all Digital Marketing Components from SMM, SEM to content marketing.
- Create and implement ROI-driven marketing strategies using both inbound and outbound channels.
- Creating effective SMM strategies to create a brand awareness in different social media channels.
- Drive all content activities for SEO to improve organic traffic
- Develop and build ideas for on-page content recommendations for website, blog, App & other properties
- Identify keywords to rank better and perform keyword optimizations.
- Create new sales email content to assist lead generation campaigns
- Understand buyer personas and build compelling value propositions
- You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories.
- In addition to creating digital marketing strategies that will increase traffic to the company's website, you will also improve user experience through responsive design, engaging content and usability.
- Run marketing email campaigns and track results
- Develop a weekly/monthly content calendar, monitor & execute with different stakeholders both internal and external
- Prepare detailed performance reports and metrics for management.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices in line with business/industry trends
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Relevant work experience of minimum 1 year, excluding internships
- Excellent skills in power point presentations
- Excellent communication skills & overall writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in content writing preferably in the B2C space
- Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third party tools, and ability to integrate these tools
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
ABOUT BYGCBygC is a young EdTech startup with a mission to bridge the skill gap in the BFSI industry. Launched operations in July, 2020 and currently our solutions have already been used by at least 3 banks. We are building BygC as an integrated skill-building platform to increase engagement, optimize learning and improve outcomes for both individual candidates and employers. BygC was started by 3 ex-HDFC Bankers with exposure across the BFSI space, including at senior levels.
