Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, based in Madurai. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing digital campaigns across various online platforms. Daily tasks include managing social media marketing efforts, analyzing web performance metrics, developing online marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing digital initiatives to enhance the visibility and online presence of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing platforms
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and campaign management
• Create original content (Reels, Posts, Videos, Captions)
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the jewelry or retail industry is an advantage
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred
