This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, based in Kochi, India. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day digital marketing activities, including executing campaigns across various online platforms, analyzing web analytics data, and optimizing performance to drive results. The role also involves creating and managing social media strategies, monitoring online trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve brand awareness and growth objectives.

• Social Media Marketing expertise and the ability to develop and manage social media campaigns effectively
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies for various platforms
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act on Web Analytics to optimize campaigns
• Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and creating impactful content
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, on-site startup environment
• Experience with relevant digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends
• Prior experience in the tech or startup sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
