Job Summary:

Accelyst is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently own and execute the entire marketing function. This is a strategic and handson rolefar beyond posting updates and tracking basic metrics. You will define our marketing strategy, create compelling content, run highimpact campaigns, and deliver measurable results. In this role, you are the marketing team.

The ideal candidate deeply understands what drives engagement and conversion on LinkedIn, writes copy that captures attention, and builds email sequences that meaningfully contribute to pipeline. You bring creativity, clarity, and initiativenot just execution.

Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media

  • Develop and lead Accelyst's organic LinkedIn strategy
  • Ghostwrite content for company leadership
  • Produce high-quality copy for posts, ads, and campaigns
  • Build and maintain a content calendar
  • Create blog posts and longform content that attracts organic traffic
  • Update website and landing page copy to support campaigns
  • Understand what resonates with B2B buyers and decision-makers

Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid)
  • Build and manage email marketing efforts (newsletters, nurture sequences, cold outreach)
  • Run Meta campaigns as needed
  • Develop lead generation strategies that drive meaningful pipeline

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance
  • Use Google Analytics and LinkedIn analytics to guide decisions
  • Own all marketing KPIs and report to leadership
  • Make data-driven recommendations based on engagement, inbound activity, and pipeline impact

Brand & Strategy

  • Shape and refine Accelyst's brand voice and market positioning
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach and visibility
  • Recommend new content formats, channels, and campaign ideas
  • Stay current with B2B marketing best practices and trends

Qualifications:

Must Have

  • 24+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing (tech or consulting preferred)
  • Strong and versatile copywriting skills
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn (organic, paid, Sales Navigator)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Kit, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO basics, and marketing reporting
  • Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhancenot replacestrategic thinking
  • High agency, strong ownership mindset, and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working remotely

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Marketing Cloud
  • Video or podcast production (planning, recording, editing, distribution)
  • Quick-turn design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
  • Comfort with project management tools
  • Willingness to learn new technical tools quickly
  • Experience marketing professional services
