Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong 360 marketing mindset to plan, execute, and optimize our brand's digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and hands-on with both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including funnels, retargeting, and performance tracking
Manage and improve Google SEO (on-page, off-page, local SEO)
Lead content strategy and creation for social media and digital platforms
Handle basic photography and product shoots for brand content
Create and manage cinematography / video content for reels, ads, and campaigns
Design creatives using tools like Canva / Adobe / similar graphic tools
Coordinate and execute 360 marketing campaigns (digital + on-ground support)
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for brand consistency
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Meta Ad funnels & systems
Knowledge of Google SEO & digital analytics
Content creation & storytelling skills
Photography & cinematography skills
Graphic designing skills
End-to-end 360 marketing skill set
Additional Requirements
Must be able to commute between 3 store locations
Own vehicle is a plus
